Institut za cirkularnu ekonomiju - Institute for Circular Economy (I.C.E.) is a non-profit non-governmental organisation established in Zagreb, Croatia, with the main objective of promoting circular practices in various sectors (from waste and water management, construction industry etc.).
It also creates, promotes and implements projects and policies related to sustainable urban development (from spatial redevelopment, re-greening of cities, renaturing derelict and degraded areas, to bottom-up collaborative practices).
I.C.E staff is specialised in supporting public actors in policy creation and transition, whereas private entities can get support in development of new, sustainable and circular business models and practices. I.C.E. is the first institute of its kind in Croatia particularly specialised for circular economy and sustainable urban transition.
